2:26 pm	Judging Huntsville. Alright! Okay! People are no longer allowed to judge Huntsville, especially if they're wrong. Let's go through this and see all the reasons why Nick and Ali are WRONG about Huntsville. Huntsville ain't necessarily the South. 1. It is an Army Town, lots of Army folk and Army families, from the North, or Midwest, or other places in the country aside from the South. 2. It is a College Town, with lots of people not from the South coming to UAH, including International Students. 3. It is a College Town, with lots of people working at Huntsville Hospital for UAB, a lot of them from the North, or having funny Hindi accents. 4. Home of Marshall Space Flight Center... 3:11 pm	Cars, and brothers, and how my family's screwed over. I think God might be telling Rob that his girlfriend is unacceptable. We won't go into details, but in this case, I'd agree with God. Anyway, why I've come to this conclusion. The first day Rob got his bug running and he was comfortable, he was going to stop driving the van, he was driving to Katey's house, he hit the 9 mile curves and the clutch broke off. Today, he's going over the mountain to get to Katey's house, and Dad's van overheats. We're down to one car, for four people who work about 40 hours a week. Granted, I only babysit, but that's still important. Then take into account that Rob and I both go to college full time, I take 12 hours he takes 14... Yeah, I think we're kinda screwed over. Even if the van is an easy enough fix, for the next week probably, I'm gonna be grumpy, if any of you get a chance to see me...in the meantime, if Rob and I are in the car, and Dad is not, I am driving. I don't care if I have to hit him with the tireiron to knock him out and stuff him in the backseat, I'm not letting his cursed self drive the ford. 10:33 pm	No one is allowed to die anymore... Life and reality tend to hit you hard, and often times repeatedly. I got hit upside the head by reality, pain and sorrow. Still, though, there is a certain peace in this pain that I feel... for mourning a believer, the pain is that of selfish grief, knowing that a better life awaits those who have passed on to the blessed kingdom over the river. I read something tonight that really seems to sum everything up. "I am standing upon the seashore. A ship at my side spreads her white sails to the morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean. She is an object of beauty and strength. I stand and watch her until at length she hangs like a speck of white cloud just where the sea and sky come to mingle with each other. Then someone at my side says, "There, she is gone." "Gone where?" Gone from my sight. That is all. She is just as large in mast and hull and spar as she was when she left my side, and she is just as able to bear her load of living freight to her destined port. Her diminished size is in me, not in her.
